Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders
The 1 OF 1 TEAM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ON THE BEHALF OF THE DELIVERY PARTNER. Once a package has left us, and is in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package.
Returns/Exchanges
All orders are final. We do NOT offer returns or exchanges. In the event that the item you received is defective, feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we will gladly take care of it for you. Size charts are listed to encourage you to double check sizing before finalizing your order.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 2-3 business days via UPS or USPS unless stated otherwise in the product description. You will automatically receive an email/text message with your tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please remember to completely fill out each area in the checkout process.
